Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to maintain organizational stability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CIMA
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance
- Proven experience leading finance functions within multinational organizations or diversified business groups

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Preferred Experience
