About the Role
Ennismore is seeking a VP of Design & Technical Services for the MEAIT region to lead design and technical development of hospitality projects. The role involves overseeing projects from concept to opening, managing a regional team, and ensuring brand compliance and commercial success.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Hotel Consultancy Services Agreements (HCSA) and Technical Services Agreements (TSA) across multiple development projects
- Manage regional Design & Technical Services team, departmental budget and P&L performance
- Partner with Global Brand Design, F&B, Wellness and other specialist teams to bring brand vision to life
- Develop comprehensive project briefs including spatial planning, programming, design direction and guest experience concepts
- Review and optimise layouts and space planning for new build and refurbishment projects
- Recommend, evaluate and approve external design consultants and project partners
- Guide and influence design outcomes across architecture, interior design and related disciplines
- Coordinate integration of Ennismore standards, specifications and technical requirements
- Support development teams with feasibility reviews, area scheduling, budgeting, property improvement plans and design presentations
- Review and approve design documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Lead mock up review and approval processes
- Support projects through construction, testing, commissioning, defect inspections and final handover
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior role managing D&TS team at luxury level for international hospitality operators
- Proven experience in full end to end project design delivery
- Understanding of high end Food & Beverage delivery sequence and wellness high level knowledge
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering related field
- Experience in dealing with Owners, Operators, International and Local Design & Technical Consultants
- Experience with Project Management, Drafting Software and Design Review Software packages preferred
