Company Description

The Role

  • As Sales Manager – Transient, you will drive individual business performance, managing a portfolio of corporate, leisure, diplomatic, and online travel accounts.
  • This is a pre opening role, instrumental in establishing the hotel's presence in the market.

Account Management & Business Development

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, diplomatic, OTA, and leisure accounts.
  • Prospect and sign new corporate accounts, negotiating LNRs and preferred agreements.
  • Conduct regular account calls, business reviews, and site inspections.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Represent Faena at trade shows, networking events, and client entertainment.

OTA & Leisure Channel Management

  • Manage relationships with key OTA partners, TMCs, and luxury travel consortia.
  • Work with Revenue Management to ensure rate parity and channel optimization.
  • Build relationships with luxury leisure agencies and travel advisors.
  • Develop targeted leisure sales initiatives aligned with seasonal demand.

Diplomatic & Institutional Transient Business

  • Develop transient business from embassies, consulates, and government affiliated travelers.
  • Build relationships with corporate travel coordinators and executive assistants.
  • Ensure seamless handling of VIP individual accounts with Front Office and Guest Experience teams.

Pre Opening Sales Activity

  • Support Director of Sales in building transient account database and CRM.
  • Participate in pre opening roadshows and sales blitzes in key feeder markets.
  • Contribute to transient pricing strategy and segment mix targets.

Who You Are

  • A driven sales professional with 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally luxury.
  • Proven track record managing diverse transient account portfolio and revenue targets.
  • Experienced in corporate account management, LNR negotiation, and OTA/TMC partnerships.
  • Familiar with GDS platforms and hotel CRM/sales systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Energized by pre opening environment and aligned with Faena's brand vision.
