Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Faena Wadi Safar’s financial strategy
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations
- Partner with ownership and leadership to define financial KPIs and targets
- Lead pre opening financial planning, including budgets and CAPEX allocations
- Establish financial systems, procedures, and controls
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, tax obligations, and audit requirements
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and manage financial risk
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets and operational performance
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team
Requirements
- Senior finance leader with experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex mixed use developments
- Proven expertise in pre opening financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Strategic, detail oriented, and commercially savvy
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

What You Will Create

- A senior finance leader with experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex mixed use developments.
- Proven expertise in pre opening financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic, detail oriented, and commercially savvy.
- A natural partner to operations and leadership.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
