Role Overview

Ohana Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.

The role focuses on client experience, appointment management, patient flow, phone and in-person interactions, transactions, and service information.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences and build trust through compassionate service.
  • Manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and provide information about hospital services.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Schedule and Employment

  • This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule.
  • Availability is needed Monday through Saturday.

Compensation

  • Compensation is $20 to $23 USD per hour for each hour worked.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of veterinary reception experience is required.
  • Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience is preferred.
  • Multi-line phone handling, strong communication, compassionate service, organization, time management, payment processing, and financial record skills are required.
  • Veterinary practice management software, especially Cornerstone, and appointment scheduling experience are preferred.

Ohana Pet Hospital is a 14-doctor practice caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and some reptiles.

The 5,000-square-foot hospital offers general practice, surgery, urgent care, limited exotic medicine, rehabilitation, and holistic medicine.
