Siemens AG is looking for a Vertical Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships in Doha, Qatar. The role requires experience in Electrification, Automation, Smart Infrastructure, and Digitalization segments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across various segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote innovative and sustainable technology solutions
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends
- Lead customer engagement activities, including technical presentations and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Gather and communicate competitive intelligence and market insights
- Support business planning and customer account strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within Electrification, Automation, Smart Infrastructure, and Digitalization segments
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify emerging opportunities
- Experience with CRM tools for sales pipeline management
