We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Vehicle Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about motorcycles, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this is an opportunity to turn that passion into a career.
As a Vehicle Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right motorcycle, provide an exceptional buying experience, and represent the Harley-Davidson lifestyle with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales floor
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
- Explain motorcycle features, benefits, financing options, and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of current Harley-Davidson models and dealership inventory
- Follow up with leads, phone inquiries, and online customer requests
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community activities
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Motorcycle knowledge or enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand
