This is an experienced VDC Specialist position where the incumbent will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM’s) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software.

• Work with engineers and managers to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Work with General Contractor and other subcontractors to achieve spatial coordination of all trades. Attend weekly coordination meetings, either onsite or virtually, to achieve spatial coordination of all trades Generate RFI’s to be submitted to the design team when required
