The position of Administrative Assistant will provide general office and personnel support as needed.

The primary function of the role is to help those at the site to be as efficient as possible by providing the necessary support to allow them to focus on the value-added parts of their roles and stay on track and on time.

This role will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks ranging from Accounting Purchase Orders to Heat Numbers to Mill Test Reports (MTRs).

This is a multifaceted working opportunity.

• Provide administrative support to Supply Chain department (Logistics/Procurement).
• Provide the accounting department with Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Download Mill Test Reports and save them into a database.
• Accurately determine heat numbers and match them to coordinating MTR’s.
• Work effectively in a professional environment.
• Work efficiently with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.

• This is an individual contributor role that will support the supply chain organization.
