Job Objective
Detail-oriented and highly responsible professional seeking a Vault Operator position to ensure secure handling, storage, and management of sensitive materials.
Committed to maintaining strict access control, accurate inventory records, and full compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards, while safeguarding confidentiality and supporting efficient vault operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily vault operations, including secure storage and handling of sensitive equipment, documents, and materials
- Ensure only authorized personnel access the vault using strict security protocols (badges, biometrics, logs)
- Maintain accurate entry/exit records and monitor access logs for audit purposes
- Receive, store, and issue items against approved documentation or system requests
- Keep detailed inventory records (serial numbers, batch tracking) and ensure proper labeling and traceability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare secure packaging and coordinate safe transfer of high-value or classified materials
- Generate reports on inventory, access activities, and incidents
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Immediately report any security breaches, discrepancies, or suspicious activities
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and data protection standards
Work Experience Requirements
Above 5 years
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Excel (data entry, inventory tracking, reporting)
Microsoft PowerPoint (report preparation and presentations)
ERP systems (inventory and material management) MS Office..
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vaults, warehouses, or inventory operations
- Knowledge of security and access control procedures
- Experience in ERP systems for inventory management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting
- Forklift driving (preferred)
- Narrow aisle forklift experience (good to have)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a secure and compliance-based environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Hse Responsibilities

- Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
- To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.
- Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water & energy, minimize the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.
