Responsibilities
- Install and configure Thales solutions on physical hardware or virtualized environments
- Perform deployment and integration activities at customer premises
- Validate site readiness before installation
- Integrate solution with customer backend systems and core network elements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Create and maintain customer acceptance test plans
- Provide regular updates to Project Manager on progress and risks
- Coordinate daily with customer technical, network, security, and operations teams
- Execute customer acceptance test plan with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site during installation and integration
- Support customer go live activities and post deployment stabilization
- Support handover to customer operations and support teams
Requirements
- Saudi Arabian citizenship mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 4 years experience in systems administration, solution delivery, integration engineering, DevOps, or software support
- Advanced Linux/Unix experience with at least 3 years hands on usage
- Ability to read, understand, and maintain shell scripts
- Good understanding of IPv4 networking concepts
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, or SVN)
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP) and microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Terraform, Helm)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to write SQL queries

Core Mission
- Install, configure, and integrate Thales products within the customer environment.
- Customer facing role working directly at customer premises in Saudi Arabia.
Delivery & Integration
- Install and configure the solution on physical hardware or virtualized environments.
- Perform deployment and integration activities at customer premises.
- Validate site readiness before installation.
- Integrate the solution with customer backend systems and core network elements.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and handover.
- Create, maintain, and update customer acceptance test plans.
- Follow Thales processes, delivery methodology, and integration best practices.
- Support development and validation teams during project delivery.
- Provide internal training or workshops when necessary.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the integration community.
Customer Coordination & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work progress, risks, and estimated time.
- Coordinate daily with customer technical, network, security, and operations teams.
- Provide clear technical status updates to customer stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and escalate technical risks and issues.
Testing, Go Live & Handover
- Execute the customer acceptance test plan with customer stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site during installation, integration, acceptance testing, and early life support.
- Support customer go live activities and post deployment stabilization.
- Support handover to customer operations and support teams.
Position Requirements
- Saudi Arabian citizenship mandatory.
- Eligible and willing to work at customer premises in Saudi Arabia.
- Comply with customer confidentiality, data protection, and security requirements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Advanced Linux/Unix experience with at least 3 years hands on usage.
- Ability to read, understand, and maintain shell scripts.
- Good understanding of IPv4 networking concepts.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN).
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP) and microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Terraform, Helm).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience troubleshooting deployment and integration issues.
Optional Technical Skills
- Apache and web servers understanding.
- Experience with SSL certificate configuration.
- Understanding of SOAP and web services.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferably Cassandra).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting web service connectivity issues.
Languages
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Arabic language skills strongly preferred.
