Role Overview
The role supports settlement processing, cash and asset coordination, transaction reconciliation, documentation, and operational controls.
The position is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily settlements and ensure accurate, timely transaction processing.
- Maintain settlement instructions, confirmations, balances, transaction records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, brokers, payment providers, counterparties, and internal teams.
- Review instructions for completeness, authorization, accuracy, and required approvals.
- Monitor failed, delayed, pending, or unmatched transactions and coordinate resolution.
- Perform reconciliations of cash, securities, settlement records, transaction data, and operational accounts.
- Investigate discrepancies, settlement breaks, reconciliation differences, and unusual activity.
- Maintain controlled-asset, vault, cash, custody, access, movement, and balance records where applicable.
- Support cash movements, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, corporate actions, securities settlements, and post-trade activities where applicable.
- Prepare operational, settlement, reconciliation, exception, and control reports.
