The role requires an organized, discreet, people-oriented HR professional who can coordinate reviews, documentation, employee requests, and management reporting.

Key responsibilities
- Administer performance-management processes and coordinate review schedules, deadlines, forms, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain performance records, goals, ratings, development plans, employee files, contracts, attendance data, and related HR documentation.
- Assist managers and employees with review procedures, timelines, documentation, and performance-improvement plans.
- Monitor probation, annual, and periodic reviews and identify overdue or incomplete actions.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, summaries, HR metrics, trackers, and management information.
- Respond to routine employee HR inquiries and support onboarding, transfers, promotions, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Coordinate HR meetings, employee check-ins, training sessions, workshops, performance discussions, and engagement surveys.
