The Role
Support shipment coordination, carrier management, shipping documentation, delivery tracking, and day-to-day transportation activities.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately, monitored throughout transit, and delivered according to agreed schedules.
This is a part-time, fully remote role supporting international shipping networks, freight operations, logistics providers, and supply chain processes.
Shipping Operations
- Coordinate shipment bookings, pickups, dispatches, delivery schedules, and daily shipping activities.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track shipments through final delivery and maintain accurate operational status records.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery records, invoices, packing information, and related documentation.
Issue Resolution and Reporting
- Monitor delays, exceptions, damaged goods, missed deliveries, and other operational issues.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery problems with logistics partners.
- Maintain carrier information, tracking details, shipment records, and operational databases.
