Responsibilities
- Provide customers with exceptional service and product knowledge on ZWILLING merchandise
- Drive and finalize sales using proven selling techniques to meet revenue goals
- Maintain store appearance, process merchandise, and replenish stock
- Assist store management in training and supervising part time employees
- Process cash register transactions accurately and manage register floats
- Complete bank deposits accurately and maintain balanced records
- Open and close the store in accordance with plaza hours
- Ensure building security through proper use of alarm systems and security devices
- Support Factory Direct Sales outside of the store environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with foundational understanding of team leadership
- Problem solving abilities in situations involving various variables
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays
- Physical capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, lift up to 12 kg frequently and up to 34 kg occasionally

Job Opportunity
