Role Overview
Manage route-based sales, deliveries, outlet coverage, merchandising, stock, and customer relationships across assigned territories.
Support sales and distribution targets while maintaining product quality, cold-chain standards, and operational compliance.
Sales and Distribution
- Execute daily sales and delivery activities across assigned routes to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Generate orders from assigned outlets and ensure accurate invoicing and timely product delivery.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising within assigned retail outlets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support expansion of outlet coverage within assigned territories.
Stock and Product Handling
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation, monitor product freshness, and report damaged or near-expiry products.
- Handle, transport, and store frozen food products while maintaining cold-chain standards.
- Maintain van stock accuracy and reconcile sales, returns, and collections.
Customers and Market Reporting
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
