Production Supervisor

Al Islami Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure a steady flow of production activities, optimal machine utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role involves managing labor resources, initiating improvements, and overseeing sanitation and GMP practices.

As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure a steady flow of production activities for all the lines to produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.

You will utilize the staff and equipment in a manner which will not jeopardize safety or quality (compliance with SHEQ set parameters).

You will initiate, recommend, investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality.

You will develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will oversee sanitation of facilities and ground as plant sanitarian, supervises & trains sanitation staff in frequency, and method of cleaning.

You will audit GMP practices, recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during work.

You will control the movement of raw material and the finished goods at the shop floor.
