About the Role
Gulfa Mineral Water seeks a Van Sales Supervisor to drive sales growth in Dubai. You will collaborate with the sales team, develop new accounts, manage customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of the Sales team to penetrate key markets.
- Be actively involved in Business Development and ensure sustained growth in business.
- Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management.
- Ensure achievement of targeted Topline Revenue.
- Assist the Accounts Department with follow up on receivables as and when required.
- Liaise with the Suppliers and efficiently manage the procurement process.
- Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Sales Director.
- Measure and influence Gulfa distributor’s productivity & competitors’ activities.
- Develop potential wholesalers.
- Sell to targeted new accounts and customers with multiple outlets.
- Sell in new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques to existing customer base.
- Sell in authorization for products, packages, and promotions to all regional accounts within the territory.
