About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the 5G sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (Volume and Value) for each team member
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, increase customer acquisition, and retain existing customers
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge
- Oversee and optimize van sales routes to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Track and report on competitors’ activities, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with logistics team
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience in sales team leadership and management
- Ability to develop strategies for market penetration and customer retention
- Knowledge of van sales route optimization

Job Details
