Responsibilities
- Execute HR and talent strategy for workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession
- Lead and supervise the HR team (HR Officers, Recruitment Specialist, support staff)
- Advise management on manpower planning and organizational structure
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Drive Emiratization and ensure compliance with UAE national workforce requirements
- Oversee HR audits, ISO readiness, and labour law compliance
- Manage full cycle recruitment and onboarding activities
- Implement and maintain HRMS and internal HR databases
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Serve as primary contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports and analytics
Requirements
- Experience in HR leadership and strategy execution
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance
- Experience with HRMS and HR databases
- Strong recruitment and workforce planning skills
- Experience in employee relations and grievance handling
- Ability to drive Emiratization initiatives

Role Overview
