Location: Markham

Compensation: $102,912 - $149,738

Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay.

Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results.

Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

The Value Stream Owner is a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery and optimisation of a value stream , ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

This role bridges strategy and execution , connecting enterprise goals to measurable outcomes while fostering collaboration across technology, operations, and business teams.

You’ll be a key player in our digital transformation journey—working with passionate teams of developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to make our customer and employee platforms smarter, faster, and friendlier.

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience as a Value Stream Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product owner, or Senior Business Systems Analyst
Experience managing programs across multiple teams or business units with strong organizational coordination skills.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation , documentation, process design, and Agile delivery.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and performance dashboards.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
A collaborative mindset with great communication skills—you translate between business and tech with ease.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a love for turning complexity into simple, human-centered solutions.
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms, digital workflows, or field service systems is a strong asset.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus—but your ability to execute matters more.
Proven track record in Lean-Agile transformation , value stream mapping , and cross-functional leadership .
