Senior Product Manager

• Water Heater and Purification revenue growth and margin expansion
• Reduction in churn and increase in customer lifetime value
• Market share gain in total water portfolio
• Multi‑product household attach rate
• Forecast accuracy (units, margin, renewals)

• 8+ years experience in product, portfolio, or category management
• Strong financial literacy with direct experience managing a product P&L and leading business development
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Proven success in home services or recurring‑revenue businesses
• Demonstrated people leadership (PMs / Analysts)
• Experience operating in multi‑vendor, services‑led environments
• Strong executive and frontline communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent an asset.
