Role Overview

The Manager - Marketing Analytics works at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

The role translates business objectives into scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, analytics engineering, and business intelligence.

The position enables data-driven decisions through trusted data models, KPI frameworks, actionable insights, and improved data governance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Marketing Analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Experience designing scalable analytical solutions for enterprise decision-making.

Analytics Engineering and Platform

  • Advanced SQL proficiency for modeling, transformation, optimization, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience and enterprise analytics engineering framework experience.
  • Understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, semantic modeling, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.

Business Intelligence and Visualization

  • Advanced Power BI proficiency, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
  • Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and compelling visual storytelling.

Advanced Analytics

  • Experience with customer segmentation, predictive analytics, trend analysis, forecasting, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and performance attribution.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytical modeling.
  • Experience using AI and machine learning capabilities within Microsoft Fabric or Azure ecosystems is described.

Data Architecture and Cloud

  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Understanding of medallion architecture, data lakes, and enterprise-scale analytical environments.
  • Azure Data Services, Databricks, Spark, and distributed processing frameworks are considered assets.
  • Experience implementing scalable, governed, reusable data products.

Business and Leadership

  • Bridge business requirements and technical implementation through stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales, and senior leadership to define metrics and measurement strategies.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive audiences.
  • Lead analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with enterprise analytics modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and analytics engineering best practices.
  • Experience establishing standardized KPI frameworks and governed business metrics across large organizations.

Employment and Compensation

  • The stated compensation range is $74,817 to $118,211 and includes base salary and potential incentive pay.
