Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web applications serving the Middle East market
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing with regional users to inform design decisions
- Design bilingual interfaces supporting both English and Arabic with proper RTL layout handling
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
- Contribute to the regional design system adapting global components for local market needs
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products
- Strong proficiency in Figma with experience in component-based design and auto-layout
- Experience designing RTL (right-to-left) interfaces and bilingual user experiences
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines
- Portfolio showcasing a range of enterprise or SaaS product design work
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Nice to Have
- Experience with government or fintech digital services in the GCC region
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards for bilingual applications
- Familiarity with Framer or Principle for advanced prototyping
