Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions for enterprise clients in finance, real estate, and government sectors
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment and monitoring
- Integrate LLM capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and applications
- Develop Arabic-English bilingual AI solutions for regional market needs
- Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept development for client engagements
- Optimize AI models for performance, cost, and compliance with regional data regulations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of applied AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LLM frameworks
- Experience deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of AI application development for business process automation
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Arabic NLP and multilingual models
- Knowledge of UAE data protection regulations
- Prior experience working in the Middle East market
