Role Overview
Thales is hiring a UX/UI Designer based in Dubai to support product development for complex critical security functions.
The role places the end user at the center of design and aims to deliver engaging experiences suited to operational contexts and business processes.

The role is associated with ASTRA UTM in the United Arab Emirates and Thales's local technology and defence ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have proven ability to initiate, lead, develop, and implement innovative solutions for complex critical security functions.
- Candidates should be natural team players who are open, trustworthy, and committed to delivering the right product or function on time.
- Proficiency with drawing, 3D, Figma, Penpot, and Adobe Suite tools is required.
- Experience preparing and facilitating workshops with project stakeholders is required.
- Fluent English at a minimum C1 level is required.
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of human behaviour, perception, problem-solving, fatigue, stress, workload, situational awareness, experience, skill, motivation, and personality is a plus.
