Role Overview
As a Java Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be expected to work as a self-driven individual contributor with strong ownership of end-to-end design, development, and delivery of product features across both backend and frontend layers. You should be hands-on in Java-based backend services, REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native deployments, and modern frontend development using frameworks such as React or Angular. Along with independent technical contribution, the role requires mentoring junior engineers in the team, guiding implementation decisions, reviewing code, ensuring secure and high-quality delivery, supporting customer escalations, and driving innovation through PoCs and continuous improvements.

Job Summary

Job Requirement and Responsibilities
- The Java Full Stack Technical Lead will be responsible for independently leading product feature development across backend and frontend layers, including design, implementation, validation, and delivery of scalable software applications and systems.
- The candidate should be hands-on and technically strong enough to contribute as an individual contributor while also providing technical leadership, design direction, code reviews, and guidance to the team.
- Mandatory experience is required in both backend engineering using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-native patterns, as well as frontend engineering using React or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, UI integration, and responsive web application development.
