Responsibilities
- Develop and validate research plans and hypotheses with product owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research.
- Schedule and facilitate user interviews and usability testing.
- Analyze findings, create actionable insights, and translate them into product features with designers.
