Own people, delivery, program execution, stakeholder relationships, and corporate engineering leadership.
What you'll own
- Manage engineers across all levels and technical leads, including expectations, accountability, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Own end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing, and operations.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, code quality, testing, and observability standards.
- Improve delivery predictability through metrics, planning rigor, and dependency management.
- Drive execution across multiple teams using Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Manage dependencies and surface risks early.
- Partner with ISSO and security teams to maintain SLA compliance.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective follow-through.
- Manage relationships with program leadership and external stakeholders.
- Translate technical decisions into business impact and align execution with legislative and contractual priorities.
