Staff Product Manager, Strategy

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years at the Principal or equivalent senior individual-contributor level in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Deep consulting mindset and experience working with executive partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate industry trends and form evidence-based product strategy opinions.
• Experience owning long-term product vision and strategy.
• Strong command of user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
• Track record of mentoring product practitioners.
• Ability to align executives, clients, and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience contributing to proposals, client relationships, or practice growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare data standards, regulations, or systems experience, including CMS programs, FHIR, or eCQMs.
• Professional services, government, or federal consulting experience.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement and contracting processes.
• Experience with CMS, HHS, or similar federal health agencies.
• Familiarity with ATO, FedRAMP, or other federal compliance frameworks.
• Experience with healthcare quality reporting, payment models, or transparency programs.
• At least 2 years working on a remote team, preferably in a leadership position.
