Key responsibilities
- Own the events strategy, calendar, formats, and distribution.
- Set systems and standards for running UXPective events.
- Recruit, onboard, and direct city ambassadors across multiple cities.
- Drive event distribution and growth beyond a single city.
- Decide which formats, speakers, and cities to pursue.
- Build the events system while the team and ambassadors handle posters, outreach, and logistics.
