Role Overview
The UX Designer will lead end-to-end product design initiatives and create innovative user experiences.
The role collaborates with research, product, engineering, data, and business teams.
Design Responsibilities
- Use emerging AI tools to improve design workflows, ideation, research synthesis, and user experiences.
- Lead product design from discovery and concept development through execution, validation, and launch.
- Identify product opportunities, define the user experience vision, and align outcomes with business goals.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Apply user-centered design while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation.
- Mentor junior designers through critiques, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
