Required Skills
- Insurance domain expertise across policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, customer service, or distribution.
- Large-scale program and transformation delivery management covering governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Agile and enterprise technology leadership involving cloud transformation, API integrations, digital platforms, and cross-functional delivery.
- Sapiens Insurance Platform experience, including CoreSuite, IDITS, Claims, BillingPro, PolicyPro, or DigitalSuite.
- Insurance core system implementation experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, or an equivalent platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale insurance transformation programs across policy administration, claims modernization, underwriting, billing, digital transformation, cloud migration, and operational excellence.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams and align stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Govern roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison among executive leadership, business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party partners.
- Lead delivery through Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies while ensuring quality and business value realization.
- Manage program financials, forecasting, cost optimization, vendor engagements, and multi-million-dollar transformation budgets.
