Utility UW

Ø Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, (AVMs), Note, Closing Disclosure, Insurance, Title Commitment, Business Entity documents.

Ø Collecting required loan documentation from Borrower, Insurance company and Title company and submit loan to underwriting.

Ø Validation of required documents is in the loan file and is accurate.

Ø Must hold a degree.

Ø Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance.

Ø Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.

Ø Excellent logical and analytical skills.

Ø Suggest improvement ideas to current processes based on developed expertise.

Ø Demonstrate initiative and always maintain a high degree of professional conduct.
