Conduct employee connect programs.
Support employee wellness and culture initiatives.
Performance Management
Coordinate PMS activities.
Facilitate goal setting and review cycles.
Support talent review discussions.
Talent Management
Succession planning support.
Learning and development coordination.
Career development initiatives.
HR Operations
Employee records and documentation.
HR dashboards and MIS.
Policy implementation and governance.
HR audit readiness.
Compliance
Labor law compliance support.
HR process governance.
Documentation control and audits.
