- At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a mid UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML5, Angular, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present designs effectively and articulate solutions to various stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate seamlessly with the UI development team, providing creative solutions to overcome
- implementation roadblocks and supporting with tangible examples.
- Execute all visual design stages, from initial concepts to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experiences, especially when faced with complex design challenges.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
