Position Overview

Salary

• Salary is up to AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Support quarterly and annual audit preparations.
• Analyze financial data and provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial efficiency.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the Dubai or UAE real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and real estate accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ACCA qualification or active pursuit of ACCA is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
