Role Overview
Lead the expansion of the company's off-plan real estate division in Dubai.
Build, manage, train, and lead a high-performing off-plan sales team.
Candidates may bring an existing team of agents or build a team before or after joining.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, including at least 2 years in an off-plan Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- Proven experience training and developing real estate agents in the Dubai market.
- Strong ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent understanding of Dubai's off-plan market and major communities.
- Experience working with community specialists and property consultants.
- Ability to bring an existing team is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly target-driven and results-oriented from the start.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
