Role Overview
Join the fit-out team as an experienced Upholstery Supervisor.
The role focuses on upholstery, custom furniture, sofas, chairs, cushions, and interior fit-out work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise upholstery workers and daily activities.
- Manage upholstery production and installation work.
- Check the quality and finishing of upholstery work.
- Coordinate with site and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed on time and according to requirements.
- Guide and support upholsterers and helpers.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in upholstery, furniture, or the fit-out industry.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of upholstery work.
- Experience with sofas, chairs, cushions, headboards, wall panels, fabric, and leather.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage daily work.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
