Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with lead generation, customer communication, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and social media management.
The role requires excellent English communication, a customer-focused approach, and active generation and follow-up of sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
- Support sales activities and follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate sales requirements.
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms and content.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and well-organized approach.
- UAE sales experience is advantageous.
- Good English and MS Office skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
