Role Overview
RBIC Group is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for a temporary two-month assignment in Dubai.
The role supports recruitment activities and requires independent work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Support other HR activities when required.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Recruitment experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid own UAE visa is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
