The employer is hiring an experienced Upholsterer for an in-person role in Doha, Qatar.
The role constructs and repairs upholstered furniture using materials including leather, cotton, and suede.
Responsibilities
- Construct and repair upholstered furniture.
- Strip and rebuild sofas, mattresses, and chairs.
- Replace damaged frames and padding with fabrics.
- Measure materials and mark tracing and cutting lines with chalks, pencils, paint, or other markers.
- Use problem-solving skills during upholstery work.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of upholstery experience is required.
- A technical diploma, Qatar ID, and ability to provide an NOC are required.
- Candidates must be physically fit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must reliably commute to Doha or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time and performed in person in Doha, Qatar.
