Your Day to Day

  • As a Uniform Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Uniform Room, ensuring all colleagues receive clean, well maintained uniforms while maintaining accurate records and inventory.
  • Issue, receive, and organize colleague uniforms according to hotel procedures.
  • Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, quality, and any damage before issuing.
  • Coordinate with the Laundry team to ensure uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and returned on time.
  • Perform minor repairs such as replacing buttons, fixing hems, and basic alterations where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure the Uniform Room remains clean, organized, and well stocked at all times.
  • Monitor uniform stock and report shortages or replacement requirements.
  • Support the onboarding and separation process by issuing and collecting uniforms for new joiners and departing colleagues.
  • Adhere to all hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all colleagues while supporting a positive workplace culture.

What We Need From You

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Additional language is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
