Responsibilities
- Support retail agents in gathering information/documents using tasks/reminders and Outlook.
- Inspection ordering, review and discrepancy/recommendation handling
- Processing cancellation and Reinstatement Notices
- Processing Pre-Audit Correspondence; Closed Even Audits and Premium Bearing Audits
- Claims reporting and confirmations
- Processing all endorsements
- Gradually learn the renewal quote process in development of underwriting skills for the future
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience preferred or relevant experience.
- Insurance background and/or experience preferred with emphasis on Commercial P&C experience.
- Strong customer service skills to our internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and uphold high service standards
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and agency management systems
- The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
