- Ensure all underwriting activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and maintain effective working relationships with insurance companies
- Monitor renewals and support retention of existing business

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Review and evaluate insurance proposals to assess coverage requirements and underwriting feasibility.
- Analyze background information, exposure details, and risk assessments to support underwriting decisions.
- Provide timely and adequate support to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and clients on underwriting matters, quotations, and policy terms.
- Negotiate policy terms, conditions, pricing, and rates with insurance companies to secure competitive and suitable coverage solutions.
- Coordinate and process policy issuance and ensure accurate booking of policies within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all underwriting activities are carried out with proper due diligence and in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and insurer guidelines.
- Manage and maintain effective working relationships with insurance companies.
- Monitor renewals and support retention of existing business through proactive engagement and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to underwriting and policy transactions.
- Support business growth by delivering efficient underwriting solutions.
