Responsibilities
- Attend the course’s weekly sessions
- Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, projects, and other materials given a rubric by the instructor
- Post assignments and prepare materials for the course in conjunction with the instructor
- Assist students in class during the course lab sessions
- Post grades and provide feedback on assignments on Canvas
- Hold walk-in help hours to give targeted feedback on assignment grading and assist students with assignments
- Respond to student inquiries via Slack and email as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate major within the Fowler School of Engineering
- Maintain a minimum GPA (3.0 or higher) and be in good academic standing
- Be enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate credits during the term of employment
- Successful completion of the course(s) the ULA will be assisting with a minimum grade of B
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in C3, Unity
- Completion of CPSC 350
- Working with neurodivergent students
