- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their digital product goals
- Deliver impactful presentations, wireframes, and prototypes showcasing user experience design and interface capabilities
- Support the product team in developing user flows and feature specs, ensuring design accuracy and alignment with user needs
- Provide design insights and technical UI/UX expertise throughout the product lifecycle to drive user engagement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (including product management and engineering) to capture client feedback and improve offerings
- Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and UI/UX best practices to position solutions effectively
- Conduct workshops, user research, and usability testing sessions internally and with clients to improve adoption and gather feedback
- Participate in Agile development processes and team alignments, representing Adree's design capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role creating web and mobile applications
- Experience maintaining, scaling, or updating digital design systems and style guides
- Demonstrated track record working within Agile frameworks and supporting development teams during handoffs
- Proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Strong capability in wireframing, interactive prototyping, and data driven visual design
- Analytical skills to interpret user behavior metrics and turn user research into actionable design iterations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and cross functional problem solving abilities
