About the Role
Adree is seeking a Quality Control Senior Engineer to ensure product/service quality through inspections, tests, and audits. The role involves leading quality documentation, root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee quality inspections and testing according to established standards, work instructions, and relevant specifications.
- Review batch/production records to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and document quality deviations/non conformities (NCs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ensure proper use and calibration status of measuring instruments/test equipment (as applicable).
- Monitor product quality trends and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation (checklists, inspection reports, test records, QA logs).
- Support internal/external audits by preparing documents and ensuring readiness for audit requirements.
- Collaborate with production/operations to improve process capability and reduce defects/rework.
- Train and guide junior QC team members on quality processes, inspection methods, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4 7 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Inspection roles
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation practices
- Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, Pareto)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions strictly
