About the Role
Adree is seeking a Quality Control, Senior Engineer responsible for ensuring product/service quality by performing inspections, tests, and audits across the production or servic.

Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee quality inspections and testing according to established standards, work instructions, and relevant specifications.
- Review batch/production records to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and document quality deviations/non conformities (NCs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and support CAPA.
- Ensure proper use and calibration status of measuring instruments/test equipment.
- Monitor product quality trends and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation (checklists, inspection reports, test records, QA logs).
- Support internal/external audits by preparing documents and ensuring readiness.
- Collaborate with production/operations to improve process capability and reduce defects/rework.
- Train and guide junior QC team members on quality processes, inspection methods, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in quality control, inspections, and testing according to established standards.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and support CAPA.
- Experience with quality documentation and audit readiness.
