Role overview
MEDFAR develops digital healthcare solutions that improve the relationship between healthcare providers and patients.
The Intermediate UI/UX Designer will strengthen product quality, consistency, usability, and design-system adoption across product teams.
The role works closely with the Product Designer, Product Owners, front-end developers, and other cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, document, and maintain reusable Figma components, patterns, and variants.
- Execute design system improvements, new patterns, accessibility standards, and prioritized updates with the Product Designer.
- Review requirements and early prototypes with Product Owners and provide design documentation.
- Create implementation-ready Figma specifications covering states, interactions, responsive behaviours, component usage, and accessibility.
- Participate in design critiques, UAT, implementation reviews, and component feasibility discussions with developers.
- Support UX exploration, research, testing, and UI copy or content design when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
